BOSS is a fleet of specialised AI agents that run a small business's operations, sales, and marketing in the background. Built by Capisso. Currently in private beta by invitation only.

BOSS is not a chatbot, not a CRM, and not a workflow builder. It works inside tools you already use without replacing them.

## Agents

- **Ops Agent:** reads Gmail and Outlook, classifies and prioritises every email, detects inbound leads from booking platform emails, auto-creates HubSpot contacts, posts daily briefings to Slack
- **Sales Agent:** researches prospects, runs multi-stage outreach sequences, classifies replies by intent, queues follow-ups for one-click approval, tracks deal stages
- **Marketing Agent:** drafts LinkedIn and Instagram posts, manages a content calendar, generates images via DALL-E 3, schedules approved content through Buffer

- Human approval required before any action visible to a third party — architectural constraint, not a setting
- Works with: Gmail, Microsoft 365 (Outlook), Google Calendar, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, LinkedIn, Instagram, Buffer
- Each customer runs on their own dedicated private server; data is never co-mingled
- Pricing: Ops agent €99/month (required), Sales €129/month (add-on), Marketing €99/month (add-on)
- Stack: FastAPI + Next.js 15 + PostgreSQL 16, deployed on Hetzner VPS
- AI: Anthropic Claude (claude-sonnet-4-6 default)
