By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Description of Service
BOSS is an AI-powered business operating system suite that helps organisations automate operational workflows, manage communications, and coordinate tasks across connected platforms including Microsoft 365. The Service is provided on a private beta basis and features may change without notice during this period.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@capisso.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Transmit malicious code, spam, or any harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to build a competing product or service
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Microsoft 365. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
When you authorise BOSS to connect to Microsoft 365 or other platforms, you grant us permission to access and act on data within the scope you explicitly approve during the authorisation flow.
Intellectual Property
All software, design, content, and technology comprising the Service are the exclusive property of Capisso or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
You retain full ownership of any data, content, or materials you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to deliver the Service to you.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to our data practices as described therein.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capisso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including breach of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
